You can now request changes to your payment solutions directly from the Merchant Portal. From any payment solution in your contracts, hit Request changes to open a form where you can specify exactly what you need: disable the solution at checkout, adjust cart range limits, change the available instalment options, or modify the fee split to improve shopper conversion. You can also add a free-text note with any additional context.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and follow up directly. No back-and-forth emails — just a simple way to tell us what you need, when you need it.
