People Interview

A brief call with the Hiring Manager to get to know each other. Weโ€™ll discuss your background, motivations, and expectations, and give you an overview of the role and its context. Itโ€™s also a chance for you to ask questions and see if it feels like a mutual fit.
Duration: ~20 minutes

Hiring Manager Interview

We want to know more about you, your skills, challenges, technique, and experience. This will help us to see if our team and your skills are a match.
Duration: 45 min (aprox)

Assessment

Depending on the position you're applying to, you will get a technical assessment, coding challenge or a role play that will give us a chance to see you in action.
Duration: 1 week (aprox)

Meet the team

Last but not least, we would like you to meet the team and take a coffee with us, just to make sure we share the same values.
Duration: 40 min (aprox)

Reference Check

We will contact someone you previously reported to in order to gain further insight into your experience and working style. We truly appreciate your cooperation, as this will help us better understand your strengths and suitability for the role.
