We receive your application and send you a confirmation email to let you know it’s safely with us.

People Interview

A brief call with the Hiring Manager to get to know each other. We’ll discuss your background, motivations, and expectations, and give you an overview of the role and its context. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and see if it feels like a mutual fit.
Duration: ~20 minutes

Hiring Manager Interview

A deeper conversation to explore your experience, skills, and work approach through examples and challenges, assessing how you’d fit into our team and daily work.
Duration: 1 hour (aprox)

Assessment

Depending on the role, you may receive a technical assessment, coding challenge, or role play.
This step gives us the opportunity to see you in action and better understand how you approach real situations related to the role.
Duration: 1 week (aprox)

Meet the team

A final interview with team members and the People team to assess collaboration, cultural alignment, and overall fit, ensuring we’re a good match beyond technical skills.
Duration: 40 min (aprox)

Reference Check

We’ll reach out to a former manager for insights into your experience and working style. Thank you for your cooperation it helps us assess your strengths and fit for the role.
